Dedication Recital









The newly installed 57-stop 71-rank Philip J. Swartz organ at St. Andrew's is due to be dedicated on Sunday, January 24 at 6:00 p.m. Pictured at right is the chancel area of St. Andrew's, a 1200-seat neo-Gothic church (left) that rises out of the Florida lowlands just west of I-4 and a block off SR 46.

Bach: Prelude and Fugue in B minor

Carter: Trumpet Tune

Franck: Chorale in A minor

Hymn-sing with audience favorites

Mendelssohn: 1st movement from Sonata No. 1

Rossini: excerpt from Overture to William Tell

Sweelinck: Variations on a Dutch folk-song, "Est-ce mars?"

Tchaikovsky: Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies (Nutcracker)

Vierne: Finale from Symphony No. 1

Admission is free, and there will be childcare up to age 4.
