In August I attended St. Andrews University in Scotland for a week of intensive organ study. My teacher was Geoge McPhee, Visiting Professor of Organ and Organist/Director of Choirs at Paisley Abbey. In 7 days I went to recitals, lectures, workshops, lessons, side trips to Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow. To say the least, it was a delightful trip. The Scottish people were warm. I was the only American at the course. I have been invited to perform at some Sottish churches on my return.
